  • 01 How is mobilisation different from a fitout?

    A fitout builds the space. Mobilisation makes it work — verifying every vendor delivery, testing every operational system, and signing off readiness before staff arrive. They're sequential phases, not the same thing.

  • 02 Why pay for mobilisation when my fitout contractor already runs handover?

    Fitout contractors hand over the build. They typically don't test your IT vendor's network, your AV install, your access control programming, your furniture delivery, or your end-of-trip facilities. Independent mobilisation makes sure all of it works together.

  • 03 When should mobilisation start?

    Ideally 4–8 weeks before your target occupancy date — earlier for larger or more complex sites. Coming in late means you inherit gaps rather than prevent them.

  • 04 What does it cost?

    All engagements are carefully scoped, with every cost clearly outlined upfront, so you'll have a transparent understanding of what to expect and exactly how each item is charged before any work begins. For most commercial relocations, the coordination fee is typically offset by the savings gained from reduced downtime, fewer damages, and the prevention of unnecessary rework.
